The company, which produced the new Supra in cooperation with BMW in the previous generation, did not change its partner for this generation either. Although the brand is opposite to the 2JZ spirit of Supra, it is developing two different units, one with e-fuel technology and the other with full electric. Even though the brand has left its principle boundaries for this generation, it will be a big trial for them too.
According to the first information received, Supra with e-fuel technology will have a 3-liter 6-cylinder engine. This unit will produce power between 340 and 400 Hp. In addition, the 6-speed manual transmission option, which is indispensable for true car enthusiasts, will be located right next to the 8-speed automatic transmission option.
